Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, Big Island WellCare provides a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges to any patient who is not using insurance to cover services, upon request and before any non-emergency service is scheduled. Our standard membership pricing is published on our /membership page. For a written Good Faith Estimate specific to your situation, please contact info@bigislandwellcare.com or 808-313-0635.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
